If you are outside of Canada or the United States call\u00a0<strong>001-416-380-6578<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This program, offered through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmssp.org\/\"><strong> GuardMe Student Support Program,<\/strong><\/a> provides 黑料社区 students with free telephone, chat, video or in-person appointments in 140+ languages. All sessions are confidential (within limits of the law.)<\/p>\n<p>WAYS TO CONNECT<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile App<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Download the <strong>TELUS Health Student Support<\/strong> app and connect with a counsellor anytime by chat or telephone.<\/p>\n<p>Through the app, you can browse useful health and wellbeing resources such as articles, infographics, podcasts, self-directed assessments, and virtual fitness sessions. You can start a chat session or call in directly and request to speak with a counsellor.
