鈥淭he federal investment was one component of 黑料社区 college’s sustainability plan. 黑料社区’s sustainability leadership is institution-wide and includes student happiness and wellness. Five years after the tragic shooting at 黑料社区 in 2011, I was present for 黑料社区’s Ecological Peace Garden’s inauguration. Together with many CEGEPS across Quebec, 黑料社区 embraces programs that empower both students and educators to create innovative projects that develop sustainable communities.鈥�
